Multi-Functional Scouring Agent


 

All fibers such as Polyester, Nylon, Cotton,
T/C, N/P, N/C, etc.

White Powder / Anionic

* NS-100 has an excellent emulsifying/penetrating
   property. 
So it can completely remove
   Acryl and PVA–based sizing agents.

* Because NS-100 has an excellent emulsifying/
   dispersing property in scouring, it prevents
   redeposition of size after desizing.
*
NS-100 solely shows multi-function without respectively
   NaOH, desizing agent, degreasing agent in desizing and    scouring process.

*
It has excellent alkali resistance, and can be used
   in hard water.




Scouring Agent With Wetting Effect

* NS-270 can rapidly penetrate into fiber-cells by its strong
   wetting/penetrating ability and shows good efficiency
   removing weaving oil or various oil/stains.

Scouring/Emulsifying Agent For Wool Fiber

NS-600 is an excellent scouring agent which can emulsify
   and disperse various materials which may cause trouble
   in a dyeing process by deeply penetrating into fiber-cells
   like Micro HDSF as well as HDSF, because it has excellent    penetrating/dispersing and emulsifying/dispersing    properties.(HDSF:High Density Synthetic Fiber)
* NS-600 is suitable for a scouring agent for a continuous
   process, because it has an excellent penetrating property
   and good efficiency even in treatment for a short time.
* Because NS-600 has an excellent emulsification/
   dispersion property, it prevents redeposition of
   every pollutant on fiber by emulsifying/dispersing them
   completely.
* Because of its alkali resistance and heat resistance,
   NS-600 gives good whiteness on fiber after scouring.
* Because NS-600 has hard water resistance,
   it has easy washability.
* Because NS-600 hasn't cloud point even in boiling,
   it keeps scouring efficiency even at high-temp..



High Functional Scouring/Emulsifying Agent

* NS-700 can completely remove materials which are
   the cause of various troubles during a dyeing process by
   deeply penetrating into fiber-cells like Micro HDSF as well
   as HDSF, because it has especially an excellent
   emulsification/dispersion property.
   (HDSF : High Density Synthetic Fiber)
* NS-700 is suitable for a scouring/emulsifying agent for 
   a continuous process, because it shows good efficiency
   even in treatment for a short time by its excellent
   penetrating property.
* Because NS-700 has an excellent emulsification/dispersion

Degreasing Agent With Emulsifying/Dispersing Effect

* BARANOL-W completely disperses and removes oil
   and various stains which are not easily removed in a
   general scouring process and whiteness is good because
   it shows excellent emulsifying/penetrating capability.
* BARANOL-W is no harm to fiber and does not cause
   troubles such as a yellowing and so on.
* BARANOL-W can be applied to all kinds of fibers.
* Its efficiency can be more improved when BARANOL-W
   
is used with an alkali agent such as NaOH, because it has
   good chemical, acid and alkali resistances.



Reactive Soaping Agent


Cellulose-based fibers such as Cotton, etc.

* MR-701 can reduce the number of times of a soaping
   process more than once because it has excellent soaping
   effect.
   Therefore it can show effect of both shortening of
   work time and energy economy.
* Because MR-701 has more excellent soaping effect than
   surfactant, it removes residue of unreacted/hydrolysed
   dyestuffs to the maximum in a short time.
   Therefore it shows good effect on increasing wet fastness
   and in a soaping process of printed product.
* MR-701 doesn't cause reversible reaction and hydrolysis
   toward to fixed dyestuffs.
   And it does not adversely affect various kinds of
   fastnesses.
* Because its aq.sol'n forms uniform colloidal solution,
   MR-701 acts as a solvent of fallen dyestuff particles.
   It hasn't affinity to textile.
   Therefore it shows excellent effect on preventing
   redeposition or on migrating unfixed dyestuffs residue
   on fiber.
* MR-701 is a good soaping agent and a preventing
   agent of migration of unfixed dyestuffs residue on fiber
   in a printing process.
* Because of its low foaming property, MR-701 doesn't
   cause trouble by foam. Especially it is effective on
   a continuous soaping process and on Winch, Jigger
   and Cheese Processes too.




Reduction Washing Agent


Fibers such as Polyester, T/C, N/P, etc.

White Powder / Nonionic

* RDC-CONC shows good reduction clearing effect when
   used on polyester and T/C fibers dyed with disperse
   dyestuff and it improves color, washing and rub fastnesses.
* RDC-CONC shows excellent efficiency on reducing and
   removing the stained disperse dyestuff on cellulose fiber
   after T/C fiber is dyed with disperse dyestuff, continuously
   keeping strong reductive power.
* RDC-CONC, low foaming, doesn't affect sublimation
   and light fastnesses.



Washing Agent
